Upon our confirmation of availability of the room of your choice on the date of your choice, we require the first nights accommodation as a deposit. or 25% deposit for one nights accommodation. To be finalised by a credit card to secure the booking.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and eftpos for payment.
Accommodation tariff will be paid upon checkin.
Should you or your clients wish to alter or amend your plans, please contact us as soon as possible so we may accommodate the request. Please note that as a small Bed and Breakfast we are reliant upon advance bookings.
*Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice =50% cancellation fee.
*Cancellations with less than 2 days notice= 100% cancellation fee.
No cancellations are accepted upon or after the day of arrival;in which case you will be charged for the total of your reserved stay under all circumstances.
Checkin from 11:00am (or by arrangement.)
Checkout from 10:00am (or by arrangement.)
No Smoking within the house.
